When you request an estimate, we collect the contact details, address, project description and any photos you choose to submit so we can respond about restoration services. Please do not send sensitive identity, payment or insurance claim documents through the website form.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used only to respond to your request, evaluate potential work and communicate about services. It is not sold.

Address suggestions

If address suggestions are enabled and you use them, the address text you type is processed by Google Maps Platform to provide Canadian address matches. Google's Privacy Policy and Google Maps Terms apply to that feature. You may enter your address manually instead.

Storage and sharing

Requests, generated estimate summaries and uploaded photos may be processed by secure service providers used to deliver business communications. Information should be kept only as long as necessary for the enquiry and applicable business records.
